Booking Terms & Conditions

Arrival Time: 3pm and Departure Time: 10am

A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required with all bookings and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. If booking is made less than 6 weeks in advance, the total cost is to be paid at the time of booking.

Short breaks are available for a minimum of 2 nights at £75 per night (when nightly rates exceed weekly rate the price of a full week will be charged).


Bookings can be made by phone, but will not be confirmed until the non-refundable deposit of £75 has been received. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks in advance, the total cost is to be paid at the time of booking. Bookings will be confirmed in writing on receipt of your deposit.

If it becomes necessary to cancel your booking please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every attempt to re-let the property, in which case any money paid will be refunded less the non-refundable deposit of £75. If we are unable to re-let the property then all monies will be forfeited. We strongly advise you take out cancellation insurance.

The tenant must agree to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures and fittings within the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of letting (reasonable wear and tear excepted). The tenant must report any damage and is liable to pay for the value of any part of the premises, furniture, fixtures or fittings so destroyed or damaged. At the end of the tenants stay the property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

The owners reserve the right to access the property at any reasonable time during your stay for any essential repair and maintenance.

Liability: The use of the accommodation and amenities of the apartment is entirely at the users risk and no liability can be accepted for death, injury or loss or damage to the tenants belongings. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to belongings or vehicles. This is the responsibility of the tenant at all times.

We regret that the apartment is not suitable for the infirm due to exterior stairs to the property. The property is also unsuitable for children or pets.
